Enrollment & Access

Enrollment grants access to the specific course, program, or service purchased through Confident Violinist.

Access details, schedules, Zoom links, and learning materials are delivered electronically. Students are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring they can access the online learning platform and course materials.

All content is intended for individual educational use only and may not be copied, redistributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission.

Payments & Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our educational programs and the immediate access to proprietary materials, all purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

Payment plans, if offered, must be completed according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal of course access.

Confident Violinist reserves the right to update pricing, offerings, and program structures at any time.

Scheduling & Live Sessions

Programs that include live coaching, mentorship, or Zoom sessions require students to attend at scheduled times.

If a student cannot attend a live session:

  • replay availability is not guaranteed unless specifically stated

  • missed sessions are generally non-refundable and non-transferable

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions when necessary due to emergencies, illness, technical difficulties, or unforeseen circumstances.

Student Conduct

We strive to maintain a focused, respectful, and encouraging educational environment.

Students are expected to:

  • communicate respectfully

  • participate professionally during live sessions

  • avoid disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior

Confident Violinist reserves the right to remove access to any student whose conduct negatively impacts the learning environment. In such cases, refunds may not be issued.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, exercises, PDFs, recordings, branding, and educational frameworks are the intellectual property of Confident Violinist and Marija Music Company, LLC.

Materials may not be:

  • reproduced

  • republished

  • redistributed

  • sold

  • uploaded elsewhere

  • shared with non-enrolled individuals

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Educational Disclaimer

Confident Violinist provides educational instruction and mentorship intended to support violin technique, artistry, performance development, and musical growth.

Results vary based on:

  • individual practice habits

  • consistency

  • experience level

  • physical conditioning

  • participation

We do not guarantee specific musical, professional, or performance outcomes.

Our programs are not medical treatment, physical therapy, or healthcare services.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in violin practice and performance training involves physical movement and repetitive activity. Students accept responsibility for practicing safely and within their own physical limits.

Confident Violinist and Marija Music Company, LLC are not liable for:

  • injuries

  • physical strain

  • technical issues

  • interruptions in service

  • indirect or consequential damages related to participation in programs or use of the website

Privacy

Personal information submitted through forms, purchases, applications, or waitlists is used solely for communication, program administration, and educational support.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

By joining our mailing list or waitlist, you consent to receiving educational and promotional communications from Confident Violinist. You may unsubscribe at any time.
